Board of Directors
AED is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors made up of leaders across sectors.
The number of voluntary members is normally between 12 – 18 members plus the AED President.
The full Board meets three times per year. The Board of Directors currently has four standing committees: Executive Committee; Compensation Committee; Audit Committee; and the Nominating and Governance Committee. These committees meet a minimum of two times per year.
