Melissa Panagides-Busch Named Deputy and Program Director of the AED Higher Education Management Services Center
WASHINGTON, D.C., June 24, 2008— Melissa Panagides-Busch recently joined the AED Higher Education Management Services Center as deputy and program director.
Panagides-Busch is a certified Project Management Professional who will be responsible for project management and education research in her new position. She most recently served as vice president of ICF International, where she directed the U.S. Department of Education’s Regional Education Laboratory Network (NLN).
Previously, Panagides-Busch worked at the American Institutes for Research, where she managed large-scale evaluation projects and program operations for the school reform unit. She holds an MPH in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and a BA in Sociology from Oberlin College in Ohio.

The AED Higher Education Management Services Center was established in 1988 to enhance postsecondary education practice and policy by providing innovative services to academic institutions, state agencies, the U.S. government, and private foundations.
