This program provides technical assistance and training to the Republic of Armenia in extending reform and restructuring to improve energy and heat supply resource management. This program seeks to improve transparency, reduce corruption, improve the quality of public services delivered to customers and help manage scarce resources in a more efficient and environmentally sustainable way. Improving economic efficiency and sustainable energy resource management is an essential building block required for economic growth, energy security and improved quality of life for Armenians.
